How do I register and receive grades for courses at other institutions?
If you are interested in taking a class at a partner university other than the one to which you are admitted, you will want to start the registration process early each term. Please be aware that some classes use university web programs (e.g. WebCT, Sakai, or Desire2Learn [Blackboard is being phased out at PSU]) to support or supplement on-site courses. Your instructor will need to make special arrangements at the attending university for you to receive "guest access" to the online systems.
Please note web-based and distance courses may involve additional fees. For example " eCollege" courses at OSU are not included in the OMPH joint campus agreement.
Specific inter-campus registration instructions:
Please read the specific intercampus registrations by following the link below. Please choose which track you are admitted to: Any track at Oregon State University
Please note that public health courses offered by OMPH partner tracks use the following prefixes:
- OSU tracks: H
- OHSU Epidemiology & Biostatistics: PHPM
- OHSU Primary Health Care & Health Disparities: CPH
- PSU Health Management & Policy: PAH (was PA before Winter 2011)
- PSU Health Promotion: PHE
