We are in the process of establishing an OMPH Alumni Association to build a strong network of support for the graduates of our program. The Alumni Association's primary objective will be to reconnect alumni for informational, professional, and social networking. In addition, the Alumni Association will serve as an advisory resource for the continual growth and development of the OMPH Program. We welcome your input and participation!

Please join us in helping our Oregon Master of Public Health Program (OMPH) by participating in our Alumni Survey. The OMPH Program continues to grow and evolve to meet the needs of students and the public health workforce. One of the ways that we continue to improve is by incorporating your valuable comments into our strategic plan. Your responses through this electronic survey instrument are anonymous. Any identifiable information you provide will be kept strictly confidential.
This survey should only take approximately 5 minutes to complete. As an incentive, four survey respondents will be selected at random to win a $40 gift card to Powell's Books, to us in-store or online.
